El Poder del Consumidor Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility

BMSG’s director, Lori Dorfman, presented at El Poder del Consumidor’s Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility. She spoke regarding the impact of marketing by the soda industry and the tobacco industry. The forum is in response to Coca Cola Mexican Industry’s new corporate social responsibility advertising scheme, “Love Multiplies/El Amor Multiplica.” This campaign claims to celebrate women, water, and recycling, advocates believe it was created to distract consumers from the harm Coca Cola perpetuates to public and environmental health.
