Introduction to strategic communication for the Alameda County Healthy Homes Department

In this three-part virtual series for communication and engagement staff from the Alameda County Healthy Homes Department, BMSG staff provided strategic communication training and technical assistance to help staff implement strategic and coordinated communication activities in support of the Department’s goals of engaging community members with its Lead Poisoning Prevention Services as well as in advocating for policy solutions to remove lead from Oakland Homes. BMSG staff also conducted another shorter training for additional staff from the Department.
